FRIED BREAD MOMOS

Ingredients :

 8-10 bread slices
2 potatoes boiled & mashed ...1 cup Paneer grated
1/2 cup green peas boiled
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup cheese grated (optional)
3-4 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat Masala
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp oil
Oil for frying
Salt as required




Method :

 1. In a blender take boiled peas and green chillies. Grind to a coarse paste.

 2. In a pan add oil. When oil heats add cumin seeds. Then onion. Fry for 2-3 mins.

 3. Add mashed potatoes & peas paste. Mix together


 4. Add grated Paneer to this.


 5. Add garam masala, chaat masala & required salt. Mix together & cook for about 2 mins.

 6. Finally add chopped coriander leaves.


 7. Switch off & allow to cool. After filling cools down add cheese & mix.

 8. Cut the edges of the bread and flatten it using rolling pin.


 9. Cut the flattened bread into roundels using cookie cutter or scissors.

 10. Wet both sides of the flattened bread with water using your hands.
11. Now add a tbsp of filling in the centre & start gathering from the edges. You can wet your hands while gathering.


 12. Now close from both sides & seal.


 13. Heat oil in a pan & fry the momos.


 14. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice
