CHILLI POTATO

Chilli Potato is one of the most liked Chinese Starter. It is very quick and easy to make this amazing dish which kids love to eat without any fuss.

CHILLI POTATO 



Ingredients :


  • 2-3 big potatoes cut into fingers
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 medium sized onion cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups green &  red bell peppers cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic finely chopped 
  • 1 tsp ginger finely chopped 
  • 1 red chilli slit
  • 1 green chilli slit
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Spring onion chopped
  • Salt as required 


Method:

1. Half boil potato fingers by adding required salt &  drain it.
2. To this add corn flour &  pepper &  mix by just sprinkling water.
3. In a pan heat oil &  fry these potato fingers &  remove them on a kitchen tissue.
4. In another pan add sesame oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic, ginger, green &  red chillies.
5. Add onions &  fry on high flame.
6. Add the bell peppers &  for 2-3 mins on high flame.
7. Now add soy sauce, vinegar &  chilli sauce. Fry for about 1-2 mins.
8. Finally add the fried fingers &  mix together.
9. Garnish with spring onions &  serve hot.
