FRITTATA TARTS

An amazing Breakfast 

Ingredients :

4 eggs
1 onion chopped
4-5 tbsp carrot grated
1/4 cup broccoli finely chopped
4-5 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2-3 tbsp cheese grated
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp olive oil
Coriander leaves chopped
Butter for greasing
Salt as required
Method:

1. In a pan add oil. When oil heats add onions & fry for a min. Then add carrots, Capsicum & broccoli.
2. Now add chilli flakes, pepper powder, Italian herbs & required salt & fry for about 2-3 mins. Switch off stove.

3. In a bowl beat eggs with milk, pepper powder, dried Italian herbs & required salt.

4. Grease the tart moulds with butter.
5. Fill the tarts with Veggie filling. Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves & grated cheese over it.


6. Now pour the egg mixture in each tart.

7. Bake these at 180 Degree Celsius for 17 mins.

8. Serve with any sauce of your choice ( I mixed Thai chilli sauce with mayonnaise & garnish with coriander leaves) & carrot salad.
