FRIED MUSHROOM IN BLACK PEPPER SAUCE


Ingredients:

15 - 20 white button mushrooms chopped
2 red chillies slit
1 onion sliced
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1/4 cup green & yellow/red bell peppers cubed
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp black pepper sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tbsp Maida
1 tsp sesame oil
Spring onions chopped
Oil for deep fry
Salt as required
Method:

1. Mix maida, corn flour & required salt with chopped mushrooms by sprinkling water.
2. Heat oil in a pan & fry the mushrooms & remove on kitchen tissue.
3. In a pan, add sesame oil. When oil heats add garlic,ginger & red chillies. Fry till garlic starts changing colour.
4. Add onions & bell peppers. Fry for 2-3 mins. Add salt only for the veggies.
5. Add vinegar & soy sauce & fry on high flame for a minute.
6. Add fried mushrooms & black pepper sauce. Fry till sauce thickens.
7. Garnish with spring onions & serve hot.
