MINT-PANEER PARATHA




Ingredients:

2 cups atta
1 tbsp ghee/butter
1 cup grated paneer
2 cups  mint leaves
2-3 green chillies
Salt as required







Method:

1. Knead atta into a soft dough by adding salt, ghee/butter and warm water.
2. In a blender add mint leaves, green chillies & required salt. Grind this without adding water.
3. Add the mint mixture to grated paneer and mix together.


4. Now make rotis and apply the paneer filling on one half of the roti

5. Close with the other half and seal the edges with hands.
6.  Heat tawa and fry the parathas on both sides with ghee.
7.  Serve with curd or pickle.
